INTRODUCTION:

The present catalogue contains the whole range of assembly units and parts for tractors
“BELARUS-1221.4“.The tractor “BELARUS -1221.4“ is four-by-four general-purpose wheeled
tractor of traction class 2. The tractor is equipped with the engine TCD 2012 L06 2V, produced
by DEUTZ Company, with electronic control system, power 104,6 kW. The emission level of
the engine corresponds to environmental requirements of stage IIIA.

HOW TO USE THE CATALOGUE:

The catalogue consists of three parts:
1. Tractor assembly units and parts.
2. Standardized units (bearings, collars, rings).
3. Component list.

• The assembly units and parts in Part I are divided into groups and subgroups
  according to functional attribute. This directory is well illustrated with axonometric figures of
  knocked-down tractor components.
• All parts in the figures have sequence numbers (figure
  numbers), ascending consequently in a clockwise direction. For ease of catalogue reference
  in search for necessary part the same sequence numbers are placed in column “Pos. No.” in
  the text part of the catalogue in ascending order from top downward.
• The figures referred to in
  the catalogue are well-done in the terms of art and let the user get acquainted with structure
  and configuration of parts and assembly units. They can serve as a manual for carrying out
  disassembling and assembling operations.

For example, the following record is given in the catalogue:
“…240-1004100-􀈺 4 Connecting rod (13,20,21,37-39)”.

It means that assembly unit “Connecting rod” in the number of 4 pieces per diesel
engine consists of the following parts: bushing (pos. 21), connecting rod (pos. 20), connectingrod
bolt (pos. 13), connecting-rod cap (pos. 39), washer (pos. 38) and nut (pos. 37).
“Quantity” column gives number of assembly units and parts used in this subgroup (1004) per
tractor.
