FOREWORD:

  • This manual is written to give the owner/operator necessary operating, regular servicing and preventive maintenance instructions for the Model 632 Bobcat loader. Read this manual completely and know the loader before operating and servicing it. To find a section, position thumb on the tab and turn pages until the correct section (tab)is found.
  • For any other information needed, see your Bobcat dealer. Do not try to do any service procedures which are NOT in this OWNER'S MANUAL! Only service personnel that have had training in service of the Bobcat loader can do these service procedures.
  • If extra Parts Books, Service Manuals or Owner's Manuals are needed, they are available through the Bobcat dealer in your area for an added cost.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Complete instructions for operating the Bobcat loader with safety and efficiency are given on the following pages.
  • Carefully follow these instructions to take advantage of the Bobcat loader for which it was designed.
  • You must remember operator safety at all times while you operate the loader. Read the safety rules inside the front cover of this manual.

It is important that you use the following procedures when you operate the loader.:

1.Use the safety treads when you get on ot off the loader (Fig. 1).2. Adjust the seat position for easy operation of the loader (Fig. 2). Fasten the seat belt (Fig. 3) and check that the parking brake is engaged before you start the engine.3. All controls must be in the neutral position before you start the engine. 4. Keep personnel away from the work area while you are operating the loader. 5. Fully lower the lift arms and bucket. Engage the parking brake before you leave the seat.6. Fill the fuel tank after the engine has stopped and is cool. The area must have good ventilation and be free of sparks or open fire.7. Follow the instructions on all the safety and instruction markings (Decals) on the loader (Fig. 4). Replace any damaged decals or decals that are not there (See your Bobcat dealer).8. Before operating the loader:a. See that the Safety "Handbook" (For Bobcat Operators) is on the loader and is read by the operator.b. Read this Owner's Manual.
