• LeeBoy’s ROSCO brand self-propelled Challenger III Broom is used for cleanup and removal of dirt, debris and other foreign materials from roadways, at landfills, in landscaping, in road building or resurfacing projects and at industrial sites.
• The Challenger’s front-mounted rotary broom is commonly used in chip seal coating, asphalt milling, light snow removal and general construction site clean-up applications.
• The 150-gallon brush watering system can be used for dust control during sweeping. This manual contains the correct operation and routine maintenance procedures needed by the owner/operator for the safe and efficient use of the ROSCO Challenger III Broom.
• In order to maximize the performance and efficiency of the Challenger, it is VERY IMPORTANT that the owner/operator and maintenance personnel read this manual thoroughly before operating or servicing the broom.
• Always keep this manual in a convenient place for instant reference and NEVER attempt to make repairs or adjustments that you do not fully understand. If you require additional information or service, contact your authorized ROSCO Dealer.
• Always give your dealer the Serial Number of your machine when ordering parts or when requesting service or other information. The technical information found in this manual was correct at the time it was approved for publication.
