1. How to Read the Parts List:
1.1 Identify the Group
First, determine which group the part belongs to by referring to the Contents list.
Group 1-11: Engine parts
Group 12-15: Electric parts
Group 16-35: Frame parts
1.2 Find the Drawing
After identifying the group number, locate the corresponding drawing on the page at the top or in the relevant section. This drawing will provide a visual representation of the parts.
1.3 Identify Part Information
On the drawing, locate the Item Number for the part.
Then, refer to the part's Part Number, Description, and Required Quantity from the list.
1.4 Order the Part
Use the Part Number, Description, and Required Quantity to place an order for the part.
2. Color Code and Emblem Code
2.1 Color Code
A Color Code must be two alphabets and is attached to parts that come in different colors. This helps identify parts with varying colors.
2.2 Emblem Code
The Emblem Code is added to the Color Code and must consist of either:
One alphabet and one Arabic number, or
Two alphabets.
The Emblem Code is used only for parts with different color emblems. Parts without a color variation do not require an emblem code.
2.3 Ordering Parts with Different Colors
When ordering parts with different colors, refer to the "Table of Colored Parts" (Page I) to select the correct part or emblem code.
